WEETABIX LOAF
Ingredients:
2 Weetabix
6 oz sugar
6 oz sultanas
8 oz self raising flour
8 fl oz milk
Method:
Crush Weetabix
Add sugar, fruit and flour.
Add milk and mix well.
Turn into a greased loaf tin.
Bake for approx 50 / 60 mins at Gas mark 3, 160°C or 325°F
Store for 8 - 12 hours before consuming.
For best results, eat well buttered.
