VIENNESE SLICE
Ingredients:
9 oz margarine
3 oz custard powder
3 oz icing sugar
8 oz self raising flour
Method:
Line a plate with shortcrust pastry
Spread with jam
Mix all above ingredients together
Pipe or spread smoothly over the jam
Bake at gas mark 4, 180°c or 360°f for approx 20 mins or until golden
