TIFFIN
Ingredients:
4 oz margarine
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1 packet Malted Milk biscuits
Method:
Crush biscuits in a polythene bag, using a rolling pin.
Melt margarine, cocoa and syrup in a pan.
Add the crushed
biscuits and stir well, making sure all the crumbs
are covered.
Turn into a swiss roll tin.
Cover with melted chocolate.
Cut once cooled.
