MUSHROOM PUFF
Ingredients:
½ lb mushrooms
1 onion
Puff pastry (shop bought!)
1 teaspoon self raising flour
1 small tin evaporated milk
Nutmeg
Method:
Fry mushroom and onion till tender and season
Add flour and stir
Add evaporated milk gradually
Line dish with half the puff pastry
Pour mixture in
Cover with remaining puff pastry
Bake at gas mark 5, 190°c or 375°f for approx 30 mins
