MOCHA SQUARE
Ingredients:
8 oz margarine
8 oz brown sugar
8 oz self raising flour
8 oz oats
2 tablespoons cocoa
For the topping:
Icing sugar
Instant coffee
Water
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together to a dry consistency
Put into a greased tin
Bake at gas mark 4, 180°c or 360°f for 15 mins only (NO LONGER)
When cool, cut into squares
Make coffee icing from above ingredients, consistency and coffee taste depends on individual preference.
Add a circle of coffee icing to each square
